Comorbidities are the co-occurrence of conditions more frequently than would be expected by chance: one may cause the other,  share a common cause or be a sign of a single condition. Our growing understanding of the mechanisms underlying many comorbidities helps understand the natural history of these conditions and improve their management.

Alors qu’en France, comme dans d’autres pays occidentaux, la charī’a est souvent associée à des pratiques religieuses indexées à un ordre normatif perçu dans les débats publics comme irréductible à maintes dispositions du droit français, cette étude propose, à travers quelques exemples, une analyse des différentes modalités de sa réception en droit français. Celles-ci seront abordées à travers deux grands ensembles : celui couvert par le droit international privé qui, lors de conflits de lois, met en contact le droit français avec des normes issues de la charī’a, moyennant un renvoi aux droits des pays qui en sont inspirés. Mais également celui couvert par le droit interne où ces situations, dont le caractère conflictuel est souvent exacerbé par leur surexposition médiatique, sont aussi à l’origine de consensus, bien plus nombreux et moins communément relevés.
