Long description: Die demographische Entwicklung wird in den nächsten Jahrzehnten dazu führen, dass die finanzielle Belastung der Bürger für die Abwasserbeseitigung deutlich ansteigen wird. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden im vorliegenden Buch für die verschiedenen Akteure im Bereich der Wasserwirtschaft individuelle Strategien und Konzepte entwickelt, die dazu beitragen können, das Ausmaß der Erhöhung zu begrenzen. Hierzu wird zunächst eine Analyse der Ursachen dargestellt, die in einer Einordnung der einzelnen Gebietskörperschaft in einen bestimmten Typus von Entsorgungsträgern mündet. Ausgehend von dieser Bewertung der jeweiligen Schwächen, tragen die Handlungsempfehlungen dazu bei, dass die Entwicklung erträglicher gestaltet werden kann. |
