Die Arbeit in Projekten ist konstitutiv für Hochschulen und daher eine ihrer typischen Organisationsformen. Anders als Forschungsvorhaben, die zumeist mit der Veröffentlichung der wissenschaftlichen Ergebnisse abschließen und durch neue Projekte ersetzt werden, zielen auf Studium, Lehre und Weiterbildung fokussierte Vorhaben auf nachhaltige Veränderungen in den Hochschulen ab. Doch wie kann es gelingen, die von den eigentlichen Organisationsroutinen abgekoppelten Projekte in langfristige Strukturveränderungen zu überführen, sofern sich der organisatorische Überbau durch lose gekoppelte Arbeitsprozesse, Mitarbeiterfluktuationen und einem hohen Maß an Professionsautonomie kennzeichnet? Antworten auf eben jene und weitere Fragestellungen liefert die vorliegende Dissertation, die das Spannungsfeld von Struktur und Handeln der betroffenen Akteure in den Mittelpunkt rückt und sich somit einem Forschungsdesiderat annimmt, dass weder in der theoriegeleiteten Managementliteratur noch in der Organisations- und Hochschulforschung gegenwärtig hinreichend beleuchtet ist. |
