Sommario/riassunto

This book offers an overview of the problem of why God allows evil to happen. It presents the reflections of classical and contemporary thinkers on how God governs the cosmos . Whilst arguing that a comprehensive explanation is not available, the author suggests that, in spite of the existence of evil, God can ultimately be trusted.
