Dieses Buch zeigt, dass die Kreativ- und Kulturwirtschaft Impulsgeber für Innovationen und die Implementierung neuer Technologien in Unternehmen anderer Branchen sein kann. Unternehmen der Kreativwirtschaft verfügen über besondere Kompetenzen im Hinblick auf die Gestaltung offener und nutzerorientierter Innovationsprozesse. Florian Knetsch ist Kulturwissenschaftler und Projektleiter beim Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitut Prognos AG.
