The International Conference on Asian Digital Libraries (ICADL) is an annual international forum for participants to exchange research results, innovative ideas, and state-of-the-art developments in digital libraries. Built upon the successes of the first four ICADL conferences, the 5th ICADL Conference in Singapore was aimed at further strengthening the position of ICADL as a premier digital library conference that draws high quality papers and presentations from all around the world, while meeting the needs and interests of digital library communities in the Asia-Pacific region. Der Band geht exemplarisch und interdisziplinär den medial und diskursiv artikulierten Zusammenhängen zwischen Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung sowie individuell-subjektivem Bekennen in ihren frühneuzeitlichen Ausprägungen nach. Er beleuchtet grundsätzlich das Zusammenspiel von Bekenntnisakt und Wahrnehmungsformation und untersucht es auf seine Realisations- und Artikulationsformen in der Frühen Neuzeit hin. Angelegt ist er als Studienbuch, das an ausgewählten Quellenbeispielen interdisziplinär entwickelte heuristische Instrumentarien zur Anwendung bringt und so erprobt. Zu diesem Zweck werden inter- und innerkonfessionelle Diskurse zwischen Persönlichkeiten und Institutionen in den Blick genommen, wie sie in theologischen Traktaten, der Geschichtsschreibung, Flugblättern, Vertragstexten oder in der Darstellung von Festinszenierungen ihren Ausdruck finden. Die durch den Band geleistete Diskussion und Zusammenführung von Fallbeispielen der frühneuzeitlichen europäischen Geschichte zielt dabei auch auf die Anwendung des wahrnehmungshistorischen Ansatzes im Kontext akademischer Lehre ab. |
