Partage de Midi a une caractéristique surprenante : c’est une pièce autobiographique, affirmée comme telle, écrite par Claudel, de son propre aveu, pour se délivrer d’un drame particulièrement angoissant et qui le laissait démuni. Mais l’auteur dramatique ne dispose pas d’un je qui lui permettrait de se dire : il n’est pas sujet de l’énonciation (au moins pour le dialogue), il n’y a pas de personnage particulier auquel il puisse déléguer sa propre parole. L’autobiographique dans ce texte pose donc une question que nous n’avons pas fini de trouver devant nous. Il est assez extraordinaire de voir un auteur dramatique mettre en scène sa propre histoire ; ici le projet autobiographique est consubstantiel à l’écriture : le drame n’est pas écrit à l’aide de matériaux autobiographiques, il est écrit pour tire autobiographie, pour donner sens au biographique aléatoire. Few neurotransmitter systems have fascinated as much as the opioid system (i.e., opioid ligands and their receptors). Over the years, scientific studies of the endogenous opioid system have uncovered a complex and subtle system that exhibits impressive diversity, based on its critical role in modulating a large number of sensory, motivational, emotional and cognitive functions. Additionally, its important therapeutic value for the treatment of many human disorders, including pain, affective and addictive disorders, and gastrointestinal motility disorders, has been of persistent interest.
