• Sommario/riassunto: Partizipation, Kinderrechte, Diversität, Anti-Diskriminierung und Inklusion – leere Schlagworte oder verankerter Bestandteil der Demokratiebildung in Kindertageseinrichtungen? Die Autorin untersucht 21 Qualitätsverfahren in der Kindheitspädagogik und macht deutlich, dass es einen deutlichen Handlungsbedarf gibt. Dies gilt besonders in Bezug auf eine diskriminierungskritische und diversitätssensible Weiterentwicklung im Qualitätsdiskurs. Die explizite Ausgestaltung von Partizipation, Inklusion und die Ausrichtung an Kinderrechten sind zentrale organisationale Aufgaben in der Priorisierung und Verankerung von Demokratiebildung in der Kindheit.
