Die jüngsten Migrations- und Wanderungsbewegungen stellen |

Deutschland vor große Herausforderungen, zu denen auch die erfolgreiche Integration von Personen mit Migrationshintergrund und Flüchtlingen in das Bildungssystem gehört. Die unterschiedlichen Motive für die Zuwanderung sind dabei ebenso von Bedeutung wie die damit verbundenen Rechtsansprüche auf Integration. In diesem Gutachten geht der Aktionsrat Bildung auf die historischen, juristischen und ökonomischen Rahmenbedingungen von Zuwanderung ein und legt statistische Daten vor, die aufgrund der hohen Dynamik im Migrationsgeschehen den gegenwärtigen Stand abbilden. Ebenso wird die psychologische Situation der Zugewanderten analysiert. Von der frühen Kindheit bis zur Weiterbildung werden bildungsphasenspezifische Daten und Fakten über Personen mit Migrationshintergrund dargelegt und die Erfahrungen auf das Flüchtlingsgeschehen übertragen. Vor diesem Hintergrund empfiehlt der Aktionsrat Bildung dringend die Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Masterplans Bildungsintegration als Teil eines Masterplans Migration. Die Empfehlungen sind an die verschiedenen Typen von Akteuren adressiert, die hinsichtlich der großen Herausforderungen Verantwortung tragen. |
Eine absolute Schatzkammer für die Planung und Umsetzung von bildungspolitischen Massnahmen insbesondere für Flüchtlinge in Deutschland. Eine Wohltat im alltäglichen Gezeter und Geschrei über die "Flüchtlingskrise". Ein Schrecken, der einem in alle Glieder fährt, wenn man merkt, dass das Normale wie eine Utopie wirkt. Das Buch beinhaltet zahlreiche "good practice" Beispiele, insbesondere aber auch Zahlen und Argumente. Das Buch ist jedoch in seiner Eigenschaft als Gutachten eher als Grundlagenmaterial zu betrachten, welches noch politisch umgesetzt werden muss. Eine sinngemässe Übertragung der Argumente, Forderungen und Handlungsempfehlungen auf andere europäische Länder scheint mir überaus einfach und dringend geraten. - Simone Gretler Heusser auf: socialnet.de |
