|
Veränderte Handwerksstrukturen führen zu differenziertem Flächenbedarf für die verschiedenen Erscheinungsformen der Handwerksbetriebe. Andererseits resultieren aus gewandelten flächen- und standortbezogenen umwelt- und städtebaurechtlichen Anforderungen Restriktionen für die Entwicklung von Standorten für Handwerksbetriebe. Die vom Autor vorgenommene Analyse der gewandelten Rahmenbedingungen macht deutlich, dass es im Interesse einer auf Nachhaltigkeit angelegten Siedlungsflächenentwicklung zur Gewährleistung einer zukunftsfähigen Standortentwicklung für Handwerksbetriebe erforderlich ist, nicht nur die städtebauliche Planung auf die dafür erforderliche Flächenvorsorge auszurichten, sondern auch die städtebaulichen Rahmenbedingungen weiterzuentwickeln. Die Ergebnisse der Monografie dürften für alle mit städtebaulicher Planung und mit der Handwerksentwicklung befassten Personen und letztendlich auch rechtspolitisch für die Weiterentwicklung des Städtebaurechts interessant sein. |
