Das Buch beschreibt die Konzeption eines Geo-Informationssystems zur Eingabe, Verwaltung, Analyse und Präsentation von Geofachdaten des Grundstücksmarktes. Die Entwicklung von Zielkomponenten für den Aufbau eines Wertermittlungsinformationssystems orientiert sich an dem gesetzlichen Aufgabenkatalog der Gutachterausschüsse nach dem Baugesetzbuch. Zur sukzes-siven Analyse von Grundstücksmarktdaten wird eine stufenweise Analysestrategie auf der Grundlage von Ausgleichungsmodellen vorgeschlagen. |
