Ein gemeinschaftliches Weiße-Zertifikate-System wirkt sich auf Investitionsentscheidungen in der Gebäudesanierung aus und steht in Wechselbeziehung zu bestehenden Anreizinstrumenten. In dieser Arbeit wird ein mögliches Weiße-Zertifikate-System für Deutschland erarbeitet, das in ein Investitionsplanungsmodell inkl. ökologischer Bewertung einfließt. Es wird exemplarisch auf die energetische Wohngebäudesanierung angewandt und enthält einen Vergleich mit bestehenden Anreizinstrumenten. |
