The idea of an Exhibition-Convention on the establishment and on the historical, didactic and scientific story of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Friderician University arises from the need to start an appropriate focus on the importance assumed by this institution in the development of knowledge and of legal practice in Southern Italy (and not only). Moving from the greeting addresses of the Rector and of the National Forensic Councils and of the Notariat, and from a suggestive reflection by the Director of the Department, the volume contains in the first part the Proceedings of the meeting held on 12 November 2015 in the Aula Pessina. |
