Á l’occasion de son vingtième anniversaire, le Centre d’Éthique Médicale a conçu le projet de mettre son parcours et le projet d’une bioéthique clinique qui l’anime, en discussion. La bioéthique a émergé dans une société où la médecine et la santé ont une place centrale et amènent nos contemporains à réinterroger le sens de leur existence. Plusieurs interlocuteurs ont donc été sollicités pour questionner l’apport de la bioéthique à une créativité renouvelée pour un monde habitable demain. Le présent ouvrage croise des regards universitaires mais aussi institutionnels (Commission européenne, OMS). Il met également en perspective la manière dont on peut concevoir la démarche bioéthique en Europe, aux États-Unis ou en Amérique latine.
