Entsorgungswirtschaft. Der erste Teil geht auf die theoretischen Grundlagen von optimalem Regulierungsgrad, Kompetenzverteilung und politischer Einflußnahme ein. Anschließend wird die tatsächliche Ausgestaltung dieser theoretischen Konstrukte anhand der europäischen Integrationspolitik im Bereich der Sondermärkte ausgeführt. Im letzten Teil werden die Ergebnisse zusammengeführt und die These geprüft, inwieweit institutioneller Wandel die Optimalität politischer und ökonomischer Entscheidungen gewährleisten kann. |
