• Sommario/riassunto: Il filo conduttore della ricerca di Maria Cristina Degoli è l'adeguatezza delle prestazioni pensionistiche a fronte di una diffusa destrutturazione del lavoro (nel lessico corrente lavoro non standard), poco o per nulla compatibile con il sistema assicurativo che connota l'attuale sistema previdenziale, con la generalizzazione dal 1° gennaio 2012 del metodo di calcolo contributivo delle pensioni. Il quesito di fondo al quale l'A. intende dare una risposta, in aderenza ai principi costituzionali, è se la tutela pensionistica debba essere mantenuta nell'area della previdenza, con gli opportuni aggiustamenti, ormai improcrastinabili se si vuole garantire l'adeguatezza delle prestazioni, ovvero se è ormai inevitabile la trasmigrazione nell'area dell'assistenza, come da taluni propugnato, sganciandola definitivamente dalla logica assicurativa. La questione, già dibattuta negli anni successivi alla riforma del 2011, è letteralmente esplosa con l'entrata in vigore del decreto legge n. 4/2019 che ha definitivamente messo in crisi l'impianto assicurativo della nostra previdenza, introducendo prestazioni che sovente sopravanzano come importo quelle collegate alla contribuzione versata (sia pure assoggettando il diritto a condizioni non previste per le prestazioni previdenziali). Ciò vale per la NASpI che (prima delle modifiche apportate dalla l. n. 234/2021) nella parte finale di percezione si riduce per via del décalage, andando sotto l'importo del Reddito di cittadinanza, e vale anche per le pensioni contributive, per gli importi più bassi anch'esse attestate sotto l'importo della pensione di ; cittadinanza. In entrambi i casi il d.l. n. 4/2019 prevede una integrazione, di natura marcatamente assistenziale, ma in tal modo mettendo in discussione (id est devalorizzando), secondo l'A. la logica assicurativa, cioè l'interesse al versamento della contribuzione sia contro la disoccupazione sia per l'evento IVS. • Sommario/riassunto: This book explores the basic concept of agency and develops it further in psychology, using it to better understand and explain psychological processes and behavior. More importantly, this book seeks to put an emphasis on the role of agency in four distinct settings: history of psychology, neuroscience, psychology of religion, and socio-cultural theories of co-agency. In Volume 12 of the Annals of Theoretical Psychology, the contributors will explore a number of new ways to look at agency in psychology. This volume seeks to develop a systematic theory of axioms for agency. It describes implications for research and practice that are founded on an understanding of the person as an actor in the world. This book also has implications for research and practice across psychology’s sub-fields, uniting the discipline through an agentic view of the person.
