Musée de Bondues et ses partenaires universitaires de l'IRHiS de Lille et du CEGES de Bruxelles, poursuivent leur recherche comparée sur la Résistance en Belgique et dans la « zone rattachée ». Comprendre la diversité des engagements et des itinéraires, mesurer la part des femmes dans l'action résistante, évaluer la « résistance au féminin » dans une conjoncture où les risques sont très élevés, tant de la part de l'occupant allemand que du gouvernement de Vichy, sont autant de pistes ouvertes qui permettent de réfléchir à l'évolution du statut et du rôle des femmes dans la vie sociale et politique du premier vingtième siècle. La publication des Actes offre aussi la possibilité de faire connaître, dans une forme « d'histoire au quotidien » des témoignages précieux sur la vie de résistante. |

The German welfare state has been the target of criticism in recent years - and has seen itself, despite surviving in the most recent financial crisis, downgraded to the extended arm of neoliberal capitalism. Lothar Böhnisch and Wolfgang Schröer show that when it comes to the discussion of the future of the social sphere, a critique of social policy which is only fixated on the welfare state can only lead to a dead end. Rather, it is the socio-political principle from which the actual effect and strength of the social originates, even in the society of the second modern era. The objective of this book is to expose this principle, to expand it in light of the present development, and thereby bring the one-sided discourse around the welfare state into a more dialectical context. |

Der deutsche Sozialstaat ist in den letzten Jahren in Kritik geraten – und sieht sich trotz seiner Bewährung in den jüngsten Finanzkrisen zum verlängerten Arm des neoliberalen Kapitalismus herabgestuft. Lothar Böhnisch und Wolfgang Schröer zeigen: Wenn es um die Diskussion der Zukunft des Sozialen geht, führt eine nur auf den Sozialstaat fixierte Kritik der Sozialpolitik in die Sackgasse. Vielmehr ist es das Sozialpolitische Prinzip, von dem die eigentliche Wirkung und Kraft des Sozialen auch in der Gesellschaft der Zweiten Moderne ausgeht. Dieses Prinzip freizulegen, angesichts der gegenwärtigen Entwicklung zu erweitern und damit den einseitigen Sozialstaatsdiskurs wieder in ein dialektisches Fahrwasser zu bringen, ist das Anliegen dieses Buches. |
