|
Le terme de « coordination » s'est depuis quelques années imposé pour définir les activités de certains cadres intermédiaires de l'animation sociale et socioculturelle. Partant de ce constat, les auteurs explorent cette notion de coordination à partir d'une approche professionnelle et scientifique interrogeant tout à tour la profession (statut et fonction), les formations et les parcours professionnels. La figure de l'animateur-coordinateur est ensuite analysée au prisme de sa légitimité, des enjeux de pouvoir qu'elle suscite et des responsabilités managériales, administratives, relationnelles et éthiques qu'elle assume. |
