La loi du 27 avril 2007 réformant le divorce a rendu ce dernier plus accessible, sa procédure moins conflictuelle et ses effets alimentaires entre époux mieux objectivés. Peu après, la loi du 19 mars 2010 a affiné le devoir parental d'entretien des enfants et la détermination des contributions alimentaires, un corollaire juridique fréquent de la fin d'un couple. Après quelques adaptations législatives et l'intervention des cours supérieures pour fixer l'interprétation de certaines dispositions, ces deux réformes semblent atteindre leur vitesse de croisière et un fonctionnement satisfaisant, |
