Die Autorin beleuchtet Einflüsse bei Studierenden der Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik ohne allgemeine Hochschulzugangsberechtigung und zeigt, wie normative Orientierungen, psychosoziale Aspekte und Kompetenzen die Studienbewältigung prägen. Diese Aspekte führt sie wiederum auf das beruflich geprägte kulturelle Kapital der Studierendengruppe zurück und leitet Handlungsempfehlungen für den beruflichen und hochschulischen Bildungssektor ab. How does professional socialisation influence academic success? The author sheds light on influences among students without a traditional higher education entrance qualification and shows how normative orientations, psychosocial aspects and competences shape how they cope with their studies. In turn, she traces these aspects back to the professionally characterised cultural capital of the student group and derives recommendations for action for the vocational and higher education sector.
