• Sommario/riassunto: Les Accords de Partenariat Economique (APE) initiés par l'Union Européenne tendent à reconduire le modèle de développement extraverti de l'Afrique, qui a montré toutes ses limites au cours des cinquante dernières années. L'auteur démontre que les théories économiques, le droit international, le bilan des précédents accords de coopération avec l'Occident et le plan à long terme d'intégration et de développement de l'Afrique sont défavorables à la signature par les ; pays africains des APE proposés par l'UE, considérés comme de "véritables marchés de dupe".
