Human Origins brings together new thinking by social anthropologists and other scholars on the evolution of human culture and society. No other discipline has more relevant expertise to consider the emergence of humans as the symbolic species. Yet, social anthropologists have been conspicuously absent from debates about the origins of modern humans. Untersuchungen zum Lernen Erwachsener sind geprägt von einer Scheu davor, nicht-textförmiges Material als Datengrundlage zu nutzen. Gemieden werden z.B. Bilder oder andere Formen des ästhetischen Ausdrucks, insbesondere wenn das Material von Laien gestaltet wurde. Susanne Umbach zeigt, auf welcher theoretischen Basis Collagen als ästhetische Ausdrucksformen in der Forschung zum Lernen Erwachsener Anwendung finden können, wie ein Auswertungsprozess aussehen kann und welche Einblicke in die Lernvorstellungen Erwachsener anhand von Collagen möglich sind. Dabei wird Lernen als ein Geschehen sichtbar, das den Menschen als leibliches, zeitliches und soziales Wesen betrifft und das es ermöglicht, in der Welt zu handeln und diese Welt handelnd zu gestalten. |
