Marion Lehner untersucht, wie Lehrpersonen in der Entwicklung lehrbezogener Einstellungen im Rahmen hochschuldidaktischer Zertifikatsprogramme mithilfe von Visualisierungen, gezielter Konfrontation und Reflexion unterstützt werden können. Die Autorin weist nach, dass die Teilnahme an solchen Programmen den Lehrenden eine subjektiv empfundene Legitimation und Sicherheit verleiht, studierendenzentrierte Lehrformen in ihre Lehrpraxis zu transferieren. Die Studie leistet somit einen umfassenden Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten des Faculty Development zur Förderung akademischer Lehrkompetenz. Der Inhalt Lehrbezogene Einstellungen als Teil der akademischen Lehrkompetenz Entwicklungsziele zur Adressierung und Förderung von Lehrkonzeptionen Gestaltungsbeispiel: Entwicklung von Lehrkonzeptionen bei Teilnehmenden Evaluationsmöglichkeiten für die Entwicklung akademischer Lehrkompetenz Die Zielgruppen Dozierende und Studierende der Pädagogischen Psychologie Praktikerinnen und Praktiker in den Bereichen Hochschulentwicklung, Hochschuldidaktik, Entwicklung von Lehrendenausbildungen und Teacher Trainings Die Autorin Marion Lehner forschte und arbeitete von 2012 bis 2015 am Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik der Universität St. Gallen im Bereich der Hochschulentwicklung.
