communications prononcées lors d'un colloque tenu les 10 et 11 octobre 2003 à Bordeaux dans l'auditorium du Musée d'Aquitaine, en marge de l'exposition présentée dans ce musée par les soins de son conservateur, Madame Hélène Lafont-Couturier, sur le thème : Saint Augustin, une mémoire d'Algérie. Avec l'appui d'Ausonius et de l'Université Michel de Montaigne, la SEMPAM a saisi l'occasion de cette exposition, organisée avec le soutien de « Djazaïr, une année de l'Algérie en France », pour réunir ses adhérents lors de deux journées d'étude consacrées à Saint Augustin : la Numidie et la société de son temps. À la suite d'une conférence introductive de Serge Lancel, président de la SEMPAM, on lira ici les textes présentés lors de ces journées, qui bénéficièrent de la bienveillante attention de M. Alain Juppé, alors député-maire de Bordeaux. |
