Les brutalités policières lors du G8 de Gênes ont de plus en plus marqué les attitudes et les pratiques des forces de l''ordre, notamment contre les immigrés, les Roms, les marginaux... Il y a un continuum entre la violence des polices et celle pratiquée par les acteurs sociaux ayant un peu de pouvoir et de légitimité accordée par leurs cercles &«sociaux et de reconnaissance morale». L''actuel contexte néo-libéral a accentué l''asymétrie entre dominants et dominés et l''hybridation entre public et privé, même dans les pratiques policières. Il y a une dérive réactionnaire dans les rangs des polices et des militaires soutenues par le lobby des armements.Au-delà de ses spécificités, le cas des polices, de la sécurité en Italie est très intéressant et transposable dans la plupart des autres pays. |
