Il dibattito sull'economia, i suoi problemi e i suoi sviluppi, così come veicolato dai media, tende a concentrarsi quasi esclusivamente sulle politiche nazionali o europee, trascurando le politiche regionali che, sia in Italia che negli altri paesi dell'Ue, hanno invece un forte impatto sul tessuto socio-economico. Questo volume presenta al lettore un modo diverso di analizzare e proporre politiche regionali di sviluppo industriale. Le direttrici dell'analisi sono quattro: la responsabilità |

sociale delle imprese (verso i dipendenti, l'ambiente, il territorio, i fornitori, ecc.); le politiche regionali tese ad agevolare le "risposte dal basso alla crisi" (dai Fab Lab agli spazi di "coworking"; dai consorzi regionali come Aster agli enti locali e alle associazioni di categoria); l'innovazione come criterio di sviluppo che però si lega alla tradizione del territorio e delle sue aree produttive; il credito e la finanza (i sistemi di finanziamento tradizionali e quelli innovativi inseriti in un'ottica di sviluppo e tutela). Il libro offre così uno sguardo attento su una realtà in trasformazione, che tenta di rispondere ai colpi della crisi, e una riflessione sulle innovazioni politiche regionali in grado di agevolare questa trasformazione. |
