AutoID 2005 brings together researchers, developers, and users of automatic identification technologies such as biometrics, bar code systems and other symbologies, radio frequency identification (RFID), and other visual identification technologies. These AutoID fields are at an exciting time in their evolution. Novel research developments are being made at a high rate, and these are being implemented into commercial systems.
