Inventarisatie van problemen die voortkomen uit contacten met het buitenland en gedeeltelijke afhankelijkheid van het buitenland met betrekking tot de beschikbaarheid van wetenschappelijke en technische kennis. Naar aanleiding hiervan wordt een aantal aanbevelingen gedaan, zoals systematische registratie van ontwikkelingen op het gebied van wetenschap en technologie, stimulering van internationale uitwisseling van onderzoekers en verzekeren van de algemene toegankelijkheid van informatie. |
