|
The study examines existing problems in Germany in the area of professional qualification. It shows ways of supplementing and reforming the vocational training system, including by means of a basic vocational qualification that makes the transition sector unnecessary and guides young people into training and employment without waiting around. On the other hand, it is about the construction of a tiered, modularized overall educational system according to EU proposals for making lifelong learning a reality. |
