Die "Assistierte Ausbildung" (AsA) soll als ein Arbeitsmarktinstrument benachteiligten Jugendlichen den Weg in Berufsausbildung und Beruf erleichtern, ihre Chancen auf den Abschluss einer Berufsausbildung erhöhen und Ausbildungsabbrüche vermeiden. Der Band dokumentiert die Ergebnisse der explorativ angelegten Begleitforschung. Grundlage der Studie sind qualitative Interviews zu Erwartungen, Verlauf und Ergebnissen der AsA mit Auszubildenden, Ausbildungsbetrieben sowie Fachkräften der Arbeitsagenturen und Bildungsdienstleister. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Assistierte Ausbildung einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Integration benachteiligter Jugendlicher in den Arbeitsmarkt leistet. Die Studie identifiziert jedoch auch Optimierungsbedarf, wie z. B. eine stärkere Flexibilisierung und Modularisierung, um noch besser auf die Bedürfnisse aller Akteure eingehen zu können. |
