|
L’ambition de ce dossier est de déceler ces petits arrangements du quotidien permettant à des pratiques commerciales séculaires de s’accommoder des contraintes de l’économie contemporaine. Notre travail vise à comprendre la mutation qu’opèrent les acteurs stambouliotes du commerce de rue pour faire évoluer cette activité, eu égard aux contraintes et aux opportunités contemporaines. Quels sont les jeux sociaux (territoriaux, commerciaux, familiaux) auxquels les vendeurs de rue participent ? Quelles sont leurs règles et leurs stratégies d’ajustement ? Comment s’articulent et se négocient les limites du permis, du proscrit et du prescrit dans l’exercice de l’activité commerciale à une époque mouvementée où les échanges économiques locaux sont bien souvent régis par des déterminants transnationaux qui les dépassent ? |
