Sommario/riassunto

Dutch Indians are the largest immigrant group ever to settle in the Netherlands. Not much is known about them, and certainly not about their descendants. Do they actually still feel Indian? In "Indian is a feeling" the adult children and grandchildren of the second and third generation Indian immigrants tell about their lives. They mainly discuss what they have inherited from Indian luggage and what being Indian means to them. The book contains many insightful quotes from their candid stories and a photo section in color by Fanny van der Linden.
