constituyen el Departamento de Oruro. Es la historia de la rebelión mestiza-criolla del 10 de febrero de 1781, de su relación y de las contradicciones con la sublevación de indios. Es la historia de la minería orureña de la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII, de los mineros criollos, de su rol en la vida política y, especialmente, en la rebelión; su prisión y muerte.
