Umso mehr ist das koreanische Interesse an den deutschen Erfahrungen der letzten 25 Jahre nicht nur rein rechtshistorisch begründet, sondern insbesondere auch in dem potentiellen Fall einer koreanischen Wiedervereinigung zu sehen.
