|
Understanding the dynamics through which social cohesion is built in Latin America supposes a reversal of perspective in the face of the dominant trend that emphasizes the social problems afflicting the continent. If to ignore these difficulties would be to fall into conservative apologies, to understand how our societies generate social cohesion we cannot fail to equally identify the enormous positive resources of integration and socio-cultural creativity existing in our societies. |
