L'Intercommunalité ! Y a-t-il encore quelque chose de neuf à dire d'une "affaire" sur laquelle déjà les discours abondent : ceux de l'Etat, des élus, ceux des entreprises, ceux de l'Université, dans la diversité de ses champs disciplinaires... Le présent ouvrage trouve pourtant la question toujours ouverte, et même d'une brûlante actualité. Car si aujourd'hui l'intercommunalité refait surface c'est dans le contexte, ô combien transformé, d'une nouvelle donne territoriale. Le territoire tout entier s'est en effet mis à bouger. Irrémédiablement, la décentralisation et la construction européenne impriment leur marque dans un système administratif qu'elles contribuent à brouiller. Sans doute ne saurait-il être question de bouleversement. C'est pourquoi les discours regroupés ici se placent sous le signe de l'invariance. Reste que le débordement des vieux cadres d'organisation du "local", leur redoublement par des réseaux de relations multiples qui restructurent le territoire, tout cela vaut promesse de mutation du modèle français d'administration territoriale. |

|
Centering on the first extant martyr story (2 Maccabees 7), this study explores the "autonomous value" of martyrdom. The story of a mother and her seven sons who die under the torture of the Greek king Antiochus displaces the long-problematic Temple sacrificial cult with new cultic practices, and presents a new family romance that encodes unconscious fantasies of child-bearing fathers and eternal mergers with mothers. This study places the martyr story in the historical context of the Hasmonean struggle for legitimacy in the face of Jewish civil wars, and uses psychoanalytic theories to analyze the unconscious meaning of the martyr-family story. |
