This book gathers studies on Food and Culture and prioritizes writing and narratives about eating in different groups and places. It is based on the Human Sciences for several readings on eating and, thus, seeks to understand nutrition as a social action. And to know the symbolic universe of the relations between culture and food, habitus, behaviors, eating behaviors, values and beliefs are studied. |
