La sécurité dans les transports bénéficie depuis longtemps d’efforts soutenus pour l’amélioration des infrastructures et des véhicules. Mais récemment en France et dans le monde, les responsables de la sécurité routière ont décidé de consacrer davantage d’attention et de moyens aux facteurs humains. Parmi les nombreux sujets de recherches qui se sont développés, la vigilance tient une place importante, compte tenu de son intérêt scientifique et de son utilité sociale. Cet ouvrage présente quarante-trois articles consacrés aux divers aspects de la vigilance, des facteurs de dégradation et des moyens de prévention. Il s’articule autour de quatre thèmes : l’alcool, les drogues et les médicaments, les rythmes biologiques, la détection automatique des baisses de vigilance. |
