Das Buch beschreibt eine dedizierte Prozesskette zur Gewinnung der anschließenden Fusion von Bilddaten. Beide Prozesse stellen in wesentlichen Teilen Neuentwicklungen dar und werden ausführlich hergeleitet und beschrieben. Das vorgestellte Konzept ermöglicht eine automatische großflächige Bildgebung, die insbesondere in der medizinischen Diagnostik Anwendung findet. Hier wird es beispielhaft vom Nervenplexus in der zentralen Kornea abgeleitet. |
This book describes a dedicated process chain to obtain and subsequently amalgamate imaging data. Both processes involve substantial new technologies, which are introduced and described in detail. The concept as presented enables the automation of extensive imaging, a process with particular relevance to medical diagnosis. The presented methods are illustrated through imaging the nerve plexus in the central cornea. |
