Les entreprises n'echappent pas aux mouvements du monde. Plus que jamais, elles en sont au centre, faisant face a une mutation du travail sans precedent : recherche de sens et d'autonomie, crise de l'engagement, montee de l'individualisme, rejet des hierarchies sclerosees... Dans le meme temps, leur impact sur la marche du monde est au cA ur de l'attention. L'entre-soi, les inegalites ne sont plus toleres. Le temps ne cesse de s'accelerer et les societes de se fragmenter. L'impatience grandit, le repli et la defiance aussi. Le confort des communautes de pensees apparait comme un refuge, le langage s'aplatit, le debat disparait et les idees se simplifient. Tout nous pousse a reclamer a corps et a cris une transformation qui ne va jamais assez vite, assez loin, assez fort. Les entreprises peinent a repondre a ces attentes.
