|
Der zunehmende Tertiärisierungsprozeß gilt als ein charakteristisches sozialökonomisches Entwicklungsmuster moderner Industriegesellschaften. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen OECD-Staaten ist dieser Tertiärisierungsprozeß in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland allerdings weniger weit vorangeschritten. Noch immer wird die Bundesrepublik vielfach als «überindustrialisiert» bezeichnet. Die vorliegende Studie verdeutlicht, daß von einer «Überindustrialisierung» der Bundesrepublik Deutschland keinesfalls gesprochen werden kann. Wohl aber lassen sich ausgeprägte Tertiärisierungsdefizite im Bereich sozialer und ökologischer Dienstleistungen nachweisen. Eine stärker dienstleistungsakzentuierte Wachstumsstrategie, wie hier für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland entwickelt, vermag nicht nur diese Tertiärisierungsdefizite abzubauen, sondern fördert zugleich die Schaffung zukunftsorientierter und ökologisch unbedenklicher Arbeitsplätze. |
