This volume contains the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Social, Cultural, and Behavioral Modeling, SBP-BRiMS 2025, which took place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, in October 2025. Another focus of the conference is on understanding, predicting, and influencing human sociocultural behavior.
